Some Weekend Fun

El ran in a one mile race Thursday evening. It was HOT as ever---over 90 degrees---but she did great. Ryan ran with her and encouraged her to talk when she needed to. She got a medal once she crossed the finish line and I haven't heard her talk about something SO MUCH in a long time. Between the medal and the ice cream cone I bought her when it was over, she had a great night. :)

And LAKE TIME this weekend...

**Interested in: her swim classes and particularly singing the "alligator song" at the end, Wii Dance KIDS, talking with her hands, holding hands, being held whenever anyone wants to pick her up, her pink bunny blankie that she simply cannot fall asleep without, reading books and having them read to her, dressing herself, trying on multiple different pairs of shoes each day, watching her sister live life and attempting to do whatever she does!
