Happy 5th Birthday to our sweet Ems. My, how you've changed...
It's easy to celebrate a little girl like Emma. She can light up a room with her smile, she's beyond beautiful, and she's determined to learn things no matter how hard they are for her (she wanted to learn how to snap her fingers...so she learns to snap. She wanted to learn how to do a headstand, so she has taught herself how to do it). She loves to cuddle, have quality time with her mom, and help sort laundry. Emma loves treats and I can assume within seconds of every meal she finishes, a treat will be requested...we have to have limits. ;)
Emma has a sense of humor unlike most 5 year olds I know, and can make anyone crack up with her silly faces. We don't realize all she pays attention to, but she is always always listening to adult conversations around her. :) She loves her cousin Ruby Jean and would give up playing with ANY toy to hold her. She also loves playing with Aunt Sarah's long hair...so they are always welcome in Emma's world. :) Emma wants to be brave but gets scared in movies that don't always make her feel safe. Emma Kay Rosie Snow...you light up our lives.
Birthday Breakfast with her two favorite people in the whole wide world...
Emma's little friend party...an afternoon she talked about for WEEKS before it happened. :)
